Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup corn fresh or frozen
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the diced onion and bell peppers to the skillet, and sauté until softened (about 5 minutes).
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.
