  • 4 medium zucchinis spiralized
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves chopped
  • Parmesan cheese for serving optional
  • Cherry tomatoes for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Spiralize the Zucchini: Use a spiralizer to turn zucchinis into noodles. Set aside.
