  • 2 medium zucchini cut into sticks
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko or regular
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Olive oil spray

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Breading: In a shallow bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
